Ms. Celia R. Nichols, PLA, ASLA, is the president and principal-in-charge of NICHOLS Landscape Architecture, Inc., an honor graduate of the University of Florida, and a Tampa Native who grew up in original Carrollwood. She is a registered Landscape Architect and a certified Arborist.

 She brings more than thirty-seven years of professional Landscape Architecture experience on various types of projects that are located throughout the continental US, Indonesia and Costa Rica.  She is very involved in her local community and serves as an Advocacy Champion for a National Charity/ Non-Profit Foundation, where she participates on the local and national effort.  She is on the political advocacy committee for the Florida Chapter ASLA and continues to support the University of Florida through the College of Design’s- College of Construction and Planning mentorship activities and the Landscape Architecture department’s internship programs. She is also on the ANSI A300 Tree Care Standards committee representing ASLA on a national level.

Jesse Thomas, is a professional Landscape Architect - LA2130 and graduate from the University of Florida, and has a growing range experience in two fields. He previously provided computer and technology support for large size banks and retailers.  

 With his Landscape Architecture License and experience he currently provides support to senior staff by conducting thorough research and detailed plan preparation. As a Florida native he has firsthand experience with the plant communities and soil types of the state. 

His experience includes contribution to the preparation of demolition, grading, hardscape, landscape and irrigation plan sets through CAD drafting, design development, and technical computations
